Pablo Picasso

Pablo Picasso was probably the most famous artist of the twentieth century. During his artistic career, he created thousands of works, not only paintings but also sculptures, prints, and ceramics, using all kinds of materials. He is famous for his role in Cubism. Pablo Picasso died on April 8, 1973 in Mougins, France at the age of 91.

No other artist is as much identified with Pop Art as Andy Warhol. The media called him the Prince of Pop. Warhol made his way from a Pittsburgh working class family to an American legend.

The Spanish artist, Salvador Dali, is considered one of the most impressive artists of the 20th century, not only because of his paintings but also because of his eccentric character. Dali was born in 1904 in Spain. He is one of the surrealists who systematized the analysis of dreams as revealed in images from the subconscious.
