Wang Yi Dong was born in 1978 in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, China.
He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Chuzhou College, Anhui Province, China.
In 2003, he studied oil painting at the Fine Arts Academy of Anhui Normal University, Anhui Province, China.
